FREQUENTLY ASKED questions

Questions we get on almost every first call.

No, most clients start with a light-touch advisory session to identify quick, low-risk wins, and build governance in parallel for anything higher-stakes, like credit decisioning or customer data handling.

We’re vendor-agnostic. Our frameworks are built around your use cases and obligations, then applied to whichever large language model, copilot or in-house tool your business already uses or is evaluating.

A focused advisory sprint runs 2–4 weeks. A full advisory-to-training rollout for a mid-size retail or lending business typically runs 6–10 weeks, depending on how many business units are in scope.

Both. We scope advisory and training for small businesses that need a lighter framework, and full governance programs for medium-to-large government, banking, lending and retail organisations with formal risk committees.

Yes, courses run on-site, virtually, or as a blended format, and are scheduled around your team’s operating hours across any Australian state.

Yes — virtual and blended training can be delivered to international teams, and we calibrate the content to local regulatory requirements based on client need. On-site delivery is currently based in Australia.

Trusted experience behind the training.

AI expertise matters. So does knowing how to translate complexity into something people can understand and use. Our training brings together technology, business, governance and practical delivery experience.

“I worked with Sharrda on a complex project involving the installation of a loan origination system in a bank in PNG. Sharrda was consistent and measured in how she approached each stage of the project.”

Frank Gamble

Consultant & Non-Executive Director

“Sharrda gained a reputation at ANZ for delivering on projects which had gone off track. She builds teams who can deliver a great end result and is extremely dedicated and hard working when it counts.”

Rob Wood

Former colleague, ANZ

“Sharrda is a highly experienced consultant who goes to the nth degree to understand the products she is dealing with to tailor a solution for a client. She understands the importance of truly understanding the product and educating the client as to the possibilities of a solution rather than fulfilling only requested requirements.”

Travis Matthews

Director, Insite Contracting Pty Ltd

“Sharrda’s determination to always do things better, coupled with a very solid understanding of true Business Analysis, ensures her clients always receive top-notch strategic advice and service. I would have no hesitation recommending Sharrda for any role she puts her mind to.”
